The Principal of KRS Workplace Law is Kevin Sneddon.
Kevin left school at 15 and served his time as an electrician, predominantly at a steelworks in the North of England. After working on the tools around the UK and Australia Kevin started his law degree in 2004 and graduated with First Class Honours, his Honours thesis exploring the inadequacy of Worksafe’s prosecution policy.
Following graduation, Kevin prosecuted as an Assistant District Attorney in Denver, Colorado.
Upon returning to Australia Kevin commenced almost ten years of working in the Union movement, latterly as the senior in-house lawyer for the CFMEU.
Kevin has represented workers in the FWC, the WAIRC, the Federal Circuit Court, the Federal Court, the WA Equal Opportunity Commission and the Industrial Magistrate’s Court. Kevin has been instructing solicitor in matters heard by Full Courts of the Federal Court.
Kevin commenced private practice in July of 2018 and is committed to delivering high quality and affordable legal advice and service to workers experiencing employment related difficulties. Kevin does not represent employers in employment matters.
